Friday the 13th. And everything. Is it bad luck to go outside your house today? Who cares? The sun was shining during the day and I got very drunk in the evening with my crew. Mmmmmm, Aftershock... Speaking of shock (thats a REALLY bad link), u remmeber how Flip & Fill absolutely murdered the remix of Shooting Star? Well, they are all set to do the same with my personal all time oldskool harcore classic Heart Of Gold. Ive got nothing against remixing, hell I even do some myself, but I always like to stay true to the original. The remix F&F did of Shooting Star could have been the tune behind any "trancey" commercial release. There was nothing in it at all, at least nothing I could hear. Im sad that they have got the rights to Heart Of Gold, its a tune that has so much potential, I just hope that they do the oldskool classic the justice it deserves. But I wont hold my breath. Cos I might go blue. Releases from Bang! are up for a touch of commercial-cash-in remix business. Perhaps the most
recognisable to the general public will be the remix of Cloudy Daze. I dont want to put a dampener on it all, its just that I have my reservations of remix abilty by F&F judging on their last 'tune'. Come on then, suprise me, make it a good remix and prove me wrong. Perhaps a certain remixer should knock up his own booty leggy remix befor F&F do.... Hmmmmmm....
